Vancouver parks that are off leash mornings and evenings only

16 of Vancouver's off-leash areas share their space with other park users: dogs can be off leash in the morning and the evening, and must be leashed in between. Here are the windows for each, from the Park Board.

  1. Balaclava Park

    7 AM to 10 AM & 5 PM to 10 PM

  2. Charleson Park

    Grass area: 6 am to 10 pm. Waterfall area: Oct to May 6 am to 10 pm; Jun to Sep 6-10 am and 5-10 pm

  3. CRAB Park at Portside

    6 AM to 10 AM & 5 PM to 10 PM

  4. Dusty Greenwell Park

    5 AM to 10 AM & 5 PM to 10 PM

  5. Falaise Park

    Three areas: between Worthington Dr and Falaise Ave, 5-10 am and 5-10 pm; between Dieppe Dr and the school, 5-8 am and 5-10 pm; southeast of the school between the alleys, 5-10 am and 5-10 pm

  6. Fraserview Golf Course

    5 AM to 10 AM & 5 PM to 10 PM

  7. George Park

    6 AM to 10 AM & 5 PM to 10 PM

  8. Hadden Park

    May to Sep: 6-10 am and 5-10 pm. Oct to Apr: 6 am to 10 pm

  9. Jones Park

    5 AM to 10 AM & 5 PM to 10 PM

  10. Killarney Park

    Jun 15 to Labour Day: 5 am to 10 pm. Rest of year: 5-10 am and 5-10 pm

  11. Kingcrest Park

    5 AM to 10 AM & 5 PM to 10 PM

  12. Sparwood Park

    5 AM to 10 AM & 5 PM to 10 PM

  13. Strathcona Park

    5 AM to 10 AM & 5 PM to 10 PM

  14. Sunrise Park

    5 AM to 10 AM & 5 PM to 10 PM
