In Comox Valley Regional District parks, dogs may be off leash if they're under control: on the trail, within 10 m of you and coming when called. A leash is required in Little River, Barbara Road, Lazo Wildlife, Masters, One Spot, qax mot and Royston Seaside parks, on the Bear Creek hatchery trails from August to December, at Goose Spit from March 1 to May 20, and at Seal Bay from April to June and on its east side.
